The deceased’s preferred person to handle the distribution of their estate or assets (called an executor) is decided by the Supreme Court at much greater cost than having an executor appointed under a Will.

Only a registered user of the Lost Will Register™ can register, search or advertise for a lost Will.

Yes, this service offers three options: you can send your lost Will information to attorneys to all estate attorneys in 1 state for $195.00 or sending to all estate attorneys for up to 3 states for $295.00 or for all US states for $500.00.

Anyone can search the Lost Will Register™. The Lost Will Register™ is an invaluable resource that can be used by attorneys, Government agencies as well as other organisations and the general public to search for lost Wills.

Yes, there is a small cost in searching the Lost Will Register™ of $25.00.

The Lost Will Register™ allows someone who has found a lost Will or who some information as to its whereabouts to contact the attorney or other person who has advertised the lost Will.
